Presentation

Revista Concreto & Construções is the IBRACON official printed journal. With a scientific, technological and informative character, the magazine aims to disseminate papers, interviews and reports viewing the civil construction productive interest, as well as that of concrete teaching and research.

The magazine main purpose is being a qualified means for disseminating current themes, controversial issues and good practices of the concrete productive sector as well as teaching, research and development. It thus aims to develop and to disseminate knowledge on design, materials, control, production, inspection and diagnosis, protection and rehabilitation of concrete structures, by making available technological advances in the area, with a systemic and integrated view, promoting ethics and social responsibility, besides acknowledging Civil Construction as one of the most important sectors for society.

The information contained in the magazine is managed by a Technical Committee, composed of experienced professionals connected to IBRACON, who asses and review the papers submitted by collaborators who wish to use the magazine as a means of disseminating their work and their views on the sector.

Every edition provides the following sections:
